Sleep happens in ~90 minute cycles. These times aim to wake you near the end of a cycle (often less groggy). We also add a fall-asleep delay (default 15 min).

Use this if you are going to sleep now. It shows suggested wake-up times.
  1. Tap SLEEP NOW.
  2. Choose a time (BEST is first).
  3. If needed, adjust settings on the next page.

WAKE TIME → BEDTIMES
Use this if your wake time is fixed. It shows suggested bedtimes.
  1. Enter HH:MM or tap a preset.
