Decodes MP3 audio to PCM using Web Audio.
Exports a standard WAV file (16-bit PCM).
Useful for editing software and compatibility.
HOW TO USE

3) Press CONVERT, then download WAV

NORMALIZE
Normalize raises volume so the loudest sample hits peak.
It does not remove noise or improve quality.
If you want original levels, leave it off.
LIMITATIONS
Some browsers may fail decoding unusual MP3 encodes.
Very long files can be memory heavy.
If CONVERT fails, try a shorter file or another browser.
