WHAT THIS TOOL DOES
This tool converts MP3 audio into WAV format in your browser.
It exports standard 16-bit PCM WAV and provides preview before download.
The working tool is split into input, settings, plan and output pages to avoid overlap.
HOW TO USE
Choose an MP3 on page 1, choose WAV settings on page 2, then press CONVERT.
The output preview and download button appear on page 4.
Short clips work best on older mobile devices.
SAMPLE RATE
KEEP uses the decoded source sample rate.
44100 Hz is common for music and 48000 Hz is common for video workflows.
Changing sample rate does not restore quality lost in the MP3 source.
NORMALIZE OPTION
Normalize raises peak level safely before WAV export.
It does not remove noise, improve bitrate or repair damaged audio.
Leave normalize off to keep the original level.
WAV SIZE NOTE
WAV files are usually much larger than MP3 files.
This is normal because 16-bit PCM WAV is uncompressed audio.
Use MP3 when small file size matters more than editing compatibility.
DEVICE GUIDE
Use CHOOSE on mobile and tablet to select MP3 files from storage.
Long audio files can be slow or memory-heavy on older devices.
Desktop browsers are better for larger conversion jobs.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If decoding fails, try a different MP3 file or a shorter clip.
Some unusual MP3 encodes may not decode in every browser.
Clear removes the selected file, preview and WAV output link.
