HOW TO PLAY TOWERS OF HANOI
1. Tap a peg to pick up the top disc.
2. Tap another peg to drop the selected disc.
3. Move every disc from PEG A to PEG C.

Only the top disc of a peg can move.
A larger disc cannot be placed on a smaller disc.
Illegal moves are blocked and counted as errors.
Moves count every legal disc transfer.
Time starts on the first legal move.
Best time is stored separately for each disc count.
To move N discs, first move N−1 discs to the spare peg.
Then move the largest disc to the target peg.
Finally move the N−1 stack onto the largest disc.
The minimum move count is 2^N − 1.
3 discs need 7 moves. 5 discs need 31 moves.
7 discs need 127 moves for a perfect solution.
