HOW DO I GO TO A PAGE?
Type a 3-digit number into the PAGE box, or tap any visible page-number link.
WHAT ARE INTERNAL SCREENS?
Some pages have multiple screens inside one page. Use NEXT>>, <<PREVIOUS, arrow keys or swipe left/right.
WHERE SHOULD I START?
Use P101 for the master directory and P199 for the full index.
WHY DOES NOTHING SCROLL?
Teletext pages are designed to fit inside the screen. Long content is split into safe internal pages instead of using page-level scrolling.
WHY NOT SHRINK EVERYTHING?
Tiny text would hurt readability. More internal screens are safer than cramped content.
WHAT IF CONTENT OVERLAPS?
Overlap with the header or footer is a fault. Report it on P104 with your device and browser.
WHY DOES MOBILE LOOK DIFFERENT?
Phones need simpler single-column screens. Laptop and tablet views can show more, but still avoid hidden content.
HOW DO CONVERTERS WORK?
Enter a value, choose a FROM unit and a TO unit. The result updates instantly.
WHERE IS THE CONVERTER INDEX?
Use P200 for the converters home page and P201 to find a unit fast.
CAN I USE DECIMALS?
Yes. Use a dot for decimals, for example 1.5.
CAN I USE NEGATIVE VALUES?
Yes where they make sense, such as temperature or offset-style calculations.
WHY DO RESULTS LOOK ROUNDED?
Results are formatted for readability. Trailing zeros and unnecessary long decimals are trimmed.
IS THE MATHS STILL ACCURATE?
Yes, but the displayed result is kept practical for the Teletext frame.
WHEN IS SCIENTIFIC NOTATION USED?
Only when it helps with very large or very small values, or on pages made for standard form.
WHAT IF A RESULT LOOKS WRONG?
Check the input, then check that FROM and TO are not swapped.
CAN I SHARE A TOOL?
Yes. Copy the page URL. The page number also makes tools easy to find again.
DO TOOLS SAVE SETTINGS?
Some tools remember choices on your device. Clearing browser data may reset them.
DO TOOLS UPLOAD MY DATA?
Most tools run in your browser. For local display options, photos and settings should stay on your device unless a page clearly says otherwise.
CAN I USE FULLSCREEN?

WHY DO SWIPES BLOCK TAPS?
A brief swipe guard prevents ghost taps on touch devices, especially iPhone and iPad.
MY KEYBOARD HIDES CONTENT — WHAT NOW?
Tap outside the input to close the keyboard, or rotate the device if the page supports a better layout.
DOES IT WORK ON LAPTOP?
Yes. Use mouse, keyboard arrows, page-number entry and visible links.
DOES IT WORK ON TABLET?
Yes. Tablet pages should fit safely between the locked header and footer.
WHAT SHOULD I TRY FIRST?
Reload once, confirm the page number, check your input, and try portrait/landscape if using a phone.
A BUTTON DOES NOTHING — WHY?
After swiping, wait a moment and tap again. Swipe guards can briefly block ghost taps.
A PAGE GIVES A 404 — WHAT NOW?
Check the folder exists in public_html and that it contains an index.html file.
