You need 78% on the remaining 60% of the course.

Completed percentage means how much of the final grade has already been assessed.

If coursework worth 40% is complete and the final exam is worth 60%, enter 40 for completed.

A required score below 100% means the target is mathematically possible from the remaining work.

A required score above 100% means the target may not be reachable without extra credit, resits or changed weighting.
